First, your cakes are AWESOME! Second, a brined turkey is one that you soak for 24 hours in liquid. Ours soaked in apple juice, water, brown sugar, salt, oranges, garlic, bay leaves, cloves and ginger, and it was unbelievable! I know it sounds like a lot going on, but it creates an amazing flavor and keeps the turkey super juicy.
